This 69 Storey, mixed use skyscraper which will house the headquarters of Stantec, in addition, it will have residential suites up to the 66th level, as well there will be restaurants and retail space throughout. It is located in the heart of the new ICE District, in downtown Edmonton. Upon completion it will be the tallest building in western Canada.

Scope: This facility will have wet, dry, and preaction systems, as well, 3 fire pumps. This project is being designed and installed with coordination of BIM 3D modelling.
